The most familiar recruiting service we offer is classic staffing. A client has a position to fill—with a contractor, a temp-to-perm associate, or a permanent employee—and Transcend has the capability to fill it quickly and with the most skilled person for the actual requirement or position. We conduct a meticulous screening process prior to placing resources to ensure that only the most qualified candidates reach our client. Every candidate is pre-screened, interviewed and reference-checked to ensure that they meet specific job/position requirements. Only 2-3 candidates are submitted for each requirement/position as it is our job, not our client’s, to determine who will best fit each position. Our goal is to make the process run as smoothly as possible with a high successs ratio.
